Please check the control number (alphabet + 4-digit number) displayed in advance on the electronic ticket before visiting.

• From opening time until around 16:50

• From 16:50 to 17:10

• From 17:10 to 17:30
  Customers who have a control number [4 digits starting with alphabets other than A, B, C, E, L, N, Q]
• We will guide all customers from 17:30.

• Performance on 2022/11/6(Sun) (Doors open at 15:30 / Start at 17:00)
• From opening time until around 15:50
  Customers with control numbers [A1001~2800]
• From 15:50 to 16:10
  [A2801~] Customers who have a management number of [4 digits starting with B, C, E, L, N, Q]
• From 16:10 to 16:30
  Customers who have a control number [4 digits starting with alphabets other than A, B, C, E, L, N, Q]
• We will guide all customers from 16:30.

*This is just a guideline and recommended time, and if the entrance is not crowded, we will inform you as needed regardless of the ticket you have.

・If resale of tickets at a high price is discovered, we will conduct a rigorous investigation.In the unlikely event that a high-value resale is discovered, regardless of whether or not the transaction is completed, the person who exhibited or purchased the ticket. No matter what the reason is, we will refuse admission on the day of the performance or leave immediately. In addition, we will not refund any tickets to those who have been refused entry due to prohibited acts.
・In order to alleviate congestion, we will implement a regulation exit after the performance. The performance time is scheduled to be about 130 minutes. Please return home promptly after leaving.

Regarding ticket reception (lottery)

• ・Tickets will be sold as electronic tickets. Also, if you have a companion, please distribute it in advance. If it is difficult to distribute the tickets to your companions in advance, please be sure to bring the purchaser and your companions together and come to the venue window on the day of the performance.
• Please arrive in plenty of time to avoid crowding at admission time.
• ・Your personal information registered for ticket purchase may be shared with local health center, etc. as necessary incase the COVID infection is detected within concert attendees.
• ・ The person whose name is displayed on the electronic ticket can enter the venue.
• ・ You may be asked to show your ID if your ticket may have been went through illegal resale and/or transfer.
• ・Your name on the e-ticket and ID must match to enter the venue.
• ・ In case we find ticket resale and transfer again the rules and regulations, you may have to leave the venue and no refund will be made.
• ・We plan to hold an official “resale” of the tickets in case you cannot attend the show after ticket purchase. Transfer fee will be required. This system provide the service to connect the seller and purchaser. This does not guarantee a refund.

Regarding your visit

• ・For this performance, we will implement a non-contact admission method to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection. Therefore, all tickets will be sold as electronic tickets using smartphones (paper tickets are not sold) Also, if you have accompanying people, please distribute them in advance.
• ・If it is difficult to distribute the ticket to your companion in advance, please be sure to visit the [buyer and companion] together.
• ・Accompanying persons will be asked to register their personal information at the reception desk.
• ・It may take some time to complete the procedures before entering the venue, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare. Please note that the procedure may not be completed before the performance, especially if you arrive just before the performance.
• ・ You will be asked to use your smartphones upon entrance. Make sure your phone is well charged and ready.
• ・Your seat number will be displayed when you enter the venue on the day of the event. Re-entry is prohibited.
• ・ Even if you are a ticket holder, below mentioned people will not be admitted to the venue. ■ Persons not wearing a mask. Please wear a mask in the venue at all times. ■Those who do not cooperate with temperature measurement at the time of admission, or those who have a fever higher than the body temperature (37.5℃) specified by us Please refrain from drinking as much as possible before. ■ Persons with symptoms such as coughing, sore throat or any known COVID symptoms. ■Persons who have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed immigration restrictions or required an observation period after entry within the past two weeks, and have had close contact with those residents. ■ Persons who tested positive to COVID and still has not received official approval end the quarantine. ■ Persons who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus infection ■ Persons with close family member and/or friends who is experiencing COVID symptoms.

Regarding viewing time

• ・Please stay in your assigned seat during the performance. In addition, the seating arrangement and the number of people that can be accommodated will be decided in consultation with the venue based on the guidelines of the government and local governments. It is not a guide for everyone, so we would appreciate it if you could visit us with your understanding and consent.
• ・To prevent droplet infection, please refrain from singing or cheering in a loud voice (except for the Miyagi performance on 10/7 (Friday)).
• ・There is no problem with clapping or raising hands, but we do not allow behavior that is deemed to be a nuisance to other customers.
• ・There is no problem in standing up to view the performance if you are seated in your own seat. Please refrain from standing on the stairs, passages, etc.
• ・Acts such as recording, video recording, shooting, distribution, etc. in the venue are prohibited. If you find such an act, the equipment will be confiscated, the data will be deleted, and you will be asked to leave.
• ・Please notify the staff immediately if you do not feel well during the show.
• ・ Your cooperation to follow the prevention guidelines is greatly appreciated. You may be asked to leave the venue if you cannot follow the rules and regulations.

Other precautions

・Avoid airtightness, crowding, and close contact, and refrain from loud conversations and contact (handover of goods, handshakes, high fives, etc.) between customers in the venue.

・ Alcohol hand sanitizer liquid will be placed at the entrance and in restrooms. Please use them as frequently as possible.

・We regularly ventilate and clean the venue.

・Staff will always wear masks, and in some cases, face shields and gloves.

・ Please refrain from bringing flowers, letters, gifts etc. for performers, as they cannot be accepted.

・Please download the Covid-19 contact confirmation app (COCOA) before arriving to the venue.

・There are many cameras installed in the venue for video recording, and the inside of the venue and the audience seats may be reflected. Please note.

・Some information about this tour, the members' facial expressions unique to the day of the live, the atmosphere of the venue, etc. will be posted on Perfume 's official SNS.
