Is this some US thing where everyone can sue anyone over the strangest shit? If someone finds my code on my git, and I say "Yo, do what ever the fuck you want". And they use it in some whacko way and shoot them selfes. How TF are I responsible in any way ?
If there is no disclaimer, you are automatically liable for damages. That's just how it works. If you chose this license because of it being a meme, you should know that memes won't be useful in court. Just pick a license with a disclaimer and don't take the risk because you think it's funny. The 0BSD license is short and has the same legal effect as the WTFPL, but with a disclaimer.
I just hit google and as I suspected the whole disclaimer nonsense is just void in my country. Noone can sue me over that, with or without disclaimer. I'll stay with my "meme licence".

They can't stay in their house, they will need to find bunkers to stay in, or else they won't make it. Some people for whatever reason think they can stay in their basement and be fine.
