If there is no disclaimer, you are automatically liable for damages. That's just how it works. If you chose this license because of it being a meme, you should know that memes won't be useful in court. Just pick a license with a disclaimer and don't take the risk because you think it's funny. The 0BSD license is short and has the same legal effect as the WTFPL, but with a disclaimer.
If your software will cause damage, you will be liable for that if you didn't have a disclaimer. Are you new to license agreements?
