猪股東吾は沖縄、香港、アメリカと世界の最前線を駆け回り、大手メディアが取りこぼす情報を発信している新時代型独立ジャーナリストである。大袈裟太郎として知られていたが2021年春に脳出血で倒れ、リハビリ生活を経て、本名の猪股東吾として復帰する。
常に時代の先端に身を置きながら、20年後の未来を視野に入れ、同時に過去にも敬意を払う。私は時代と時代をつなぐ証人であり、記録者。時に炭鉱のカナリア、ファーストペンギンであり、伝書鳩。弱者/市民/持たざる者の側に立ち、路上から権力を監視する。左右のイデオロギー対立の時代はすでに終わっている。「個人の人権」対「国家の権力」の時代なのだ。人権、人命、ヒューマニティを最優先に私はジャーナリズムをまっとうする。忖度と利権にまみれ、間違った中立主義をばら撒くマスメディアに反旗を翻す。砂金を拾うように地道に、事実を拾い集めフェイクニュースに抗う。いつかそれが黄金のように輝く日を私は確信している。世界は変わる。今、この時も少しずつ変わっていく途中だ。良く変わるか悪く変わるかは、実は今日1日のあなたの行いに懸かっている。そのぐらい人間ひとりの力が社会に与える影響は大きい。そういう時代だ。視聴者の意識を進歩させるヒントを私は届け続けることを約束する。人々の営みを暮らしを、守るための願いを祈りを叫びを闘いを、私はこれからも撮り続ける。世のため人のために靴底を減らし続ける。兄弟姉妹、歩き続よう。雨が上がるまで、夜が明けるまで。雨が上がっても、夜が終わっても。

I, Togo Inomata, am a new-age independent journalist who has been on the front lines of the world in Okinawa, Hong Kong, and the United States, providing information that the major media has failed to cover. I was known as Taro Oogesa, but in the spring of 2021, I suffered a brain hemorrhage, and after a period of rehabilitation, I am back under my real name, Togo Inomata.
Always at the forefront of the times, I look 20 years into the future, while at the same time paying respect to the past. I am a witness and a recorder who connects the times with the times. Sometimes I am the canary in the coal mine, the first penguin, the carrier pigeon. I stand on the side of the weak/citizens/have-nots and monitor the power from the street. The era of ideological confrontation between left and right is already over. This is the era of "individual human rights" versus "state power. Human rights, human life, and humanity are my top priorities in journalism. I will rebel against the mass media, which is mired in discovery and interest and spreads false neutrality. Like picking up gold dust, I will steadily collect facts and fight against fake news. I am convinced that one day it will shine like gold bullion.
The world is changing. It is in the process of changing little by little at this moment. Whether it will change for the better or for the worse depends on what you do today. That's how much the power of a single human being can affect society. This is the time.
I promise that I will continue to deliver hints to advance the consciousness of the viewers. I will continue to film the lives of people, their wishes, prayers, cries, and struggles to protect them. I will continue to reduce the soles of my shoes for the sake of the world and people.
