I'm of the viewpoint that Voice Actors are also part of the creative team. Directors, Programmers, Writers and Artists/Animators are super important and what I'd consider to be "Creators." Voice Actors are artists/creators as well. It's correct to say many of them are underpaid.

A boycott isn't just a refusal to pay for things. It's asking for change, then consumers will buy again. Consumers buy things because they are satisfied with a product. A boycott happens when consumers are not satisfied with a product and/or the organization behind the product.
