1回目より2回目接種後に多い傾向。

3回感染は数は少ないが、入院率、重症化率、致死率はすべて上昇。
数が少ないし、基礎疾患などによる免疫不全があるために3回感染する者の影響も考えられる。
基礎疾患や年齢などによる補正が行われていない荒いデータなので、何か言えるほどのものではないけど、再感染もやはり油断できなさそう。

あと非高リスクのインフルエンザ感染者に抗インフルエンザ薬は基本的に不要だと思っているけど、同時感染者についても同じ方針でよいのかな。良い気はするけど、エビデンスはなさそう。
そもそも↓のフローだと非高リスク者では同時感染は敢えて拾う気なさそうだけども。
