We see it all the time. In the new world of rewriting of social contracts between the sexes, women have started to use masculine energy in their social interactions to get what they want from the world. Sometimes it works, but when it fails it gives a higher than usual dose of cringe to anyone witnessing the faux pas.

Why? Are we so unused to seeing a woman exerting power that we mouth breathing Neanderthals need to 'check ourselves'? Our 'toxic masculinity' viewpoint can't handle progress? We are secret sexists who feel extra cringe because we are extra misogynist?

Nope. We are cringing extra hard because we are watching feminists wield a tool they don't fully understand. They wave it around in ferocious abandon, 'slaying' and demanding subservience. They use only part of the power of masculine energy and don't understand the other half of it's use.

It reminds me of the old saying, "When your only tool is a hammer, every problem in the world looks like a nail." This hammer is the new shiny tool of masculine energy feminist 'discovered' and men are the nails.

Feminists use the 'dark side' of the masculine energy paradigm. The aggressive side that will not allow someone to cross their boundaries and 'disrespect' them. This is a valuable and necessary part of masculine energy. In Nature if a male mammal cannot defend its home and resources, in most species another male will kill it and take their stuff and mates. So it's a necessary part of the masculine energy bundle we carry if we are to survive and reproduce in Nature.

But without balance, the masculine energy bundle implodes. Constant aggression means constant war and no one to sow the crops and build the houses. So men balance that out with the ability to put aside the conflicts when hierarchy and roles have been settled by discussion or even 'dark energy' conflict. But WHEN that is settled masculine energy can become a unifying team force, helping men perform better in war parties, civilization building, dangerous jobs, and joint defense of their mates and children.

That is the part that feminism doesn't understand. They never rarely use the other part of the masculine energy pattern of building a solid team and functioning in it. They found that being aggressive gets them what they want...and they stopped thinking about it at that point.

This is where Karens come from. When the masculine energy fails to resolve a situation, men will either settle or fight it out, but actual fights are rare because we understand both sides of our energy and where it can lead. Karens never pause to consider whether the hill they are fighting over is worth dying for. They double down again and again. Sometimes to the point of arrest for assaulting those who will not bend a knee.

You might think this is not at all correct and you might even be right, because this is an opinion. It is the opinion of a veteran of several long term relationships over the years and two marriages. I have watched feminism accomplish most of the good things it set out to do and then morph into something twisted and damaging to its own cause.

Consider this:

I'm innocent. In the police statement she gave in 4k, surround camera with surround microphone at the police station, she admitted that she would hit me. Police, my lawyer etc didn't give a sht and still dont and i was arrested. I was at work when I was arrested, I hadnt seen the ex in a week. The police just called me and said that they wanted to speak with me and asked where I was, didn't say about what just that It was important and to stay at work. Was waiting for them outside and they came and handcuffed me and everything in front of basically everyone.

I carry some prescription medicine with me all all times and I was suppose to take a pill while in jail - the cops said no to that. They made sure to make fun of a couple of times. Also when I was being released they made sure repeat nice and loud what I was accused off so the other prisoners knew.

No prior interactions with police so they released me after 12 ish hrs at 1am and it was raining and I didn't so much as have a jacket. A restraining order was applied to me, so had no home to return to. All my money was in a joint acct with the ex and cops strongly implied i'm not allowed to access it. The cops said to go to a homeless shelter - homeless shelter doesn't take new clients at 1am. Which they must have known, got soaked on the walk there. Long story short, my ID was at home, so had no ID, so no way to access bank accounts or anything.

Was homeless for 2 months, was mugged twice while homeless. Nearly got arrested for squatting in a abandon buildings with some other homeless people a few times. One of the homeless friends later relapsed and died from a fentayl overdose, no one was around when he died. He had a dog that was left behind on this world. Some shelters have ID requirements, some shelters only let you stay for 1 week, some have people tweaking and withdrawing from god knows what and they're screaming bloody murder all night long, and I couldnt sleep well through that. A random kind pharmacist was sympathetic and gave me a 7 days of my prescription for free, but after that wasn't able to take my meds.

Lost 50 000 from being banned from my former joint bank acct, working minimum wage work now and have to pay 15 000$ for my lawyer - who has given me no legal advice. Never could qualify for social assistance due to ID and having money in my former bank account - the other homeless people told me I should have lied about formerly having money, but I didn't know this in advance. Also unable to qualify for legal aid for similar reasons.

I've never met the crown, but my lawyer conveyed to me that that want me to plead guilty - I said no. When i get criminal record check it says "charges pending", which employers are pretty unhappy about and i'm accused of a violent crime against a not cishetman to make it worse.

If anyone else reads this and finds themself in a similar situation, my situation improved by a series of lucky breaks and helpful people - volunteer and paid: It was summer when I was homelss, so no risk of freezing to death. Random church accepted mail for me to get ID, one of the formerly homeless guys got a place and let me stay there, ladies volunteering giving out free food at a church let me paint their house for some money, one of their son's is the same size and age as me and they gave me his clothes and shoes which I used for job interviews, that same church letting me store a small bag of important belongings their, tons of free food from free food events around the city, having friendly homeless people to sleep next to for safety, etc. One of the workers who helped me out later died from suicide.

I'm aware of what I've shared and it wont impact my trial.

Insane numbers of homeless guys begun their homeless lives after having a restraining order applied to them.

Ontario, canada.

So I am a male university student enrolled in psych class, and this weeks assignment was on workplace violence. The female professor (more like a lecturer) assigned us the book “The Gift of Fear” by Gavin de Becker. However, when I started reading the chapter assigned - the author only uses “he/him” when talking about violent behavior from employees.

For example, de Becker uses “He has obtained a weapon,” “Co-workers are afraid of or apprehensive about him,” or “He has used threats, intimidations, manipulation.”

Why doesn't the author use the gender-neutral term “employee?” Is the author suggesting that women are incapable of workplace violence? I realize that men may very well be more violent in the workplace setting, but it is disingenuous to suggest that women are also incapable of it as well.

I sent an email to my professor summarizing what I said above, and her response was quoting a note at the beginning of the book which says

“Note: Men of all ages and in all parts of the world are more violent than women. For this reason, the language in this book is primarily gender-specific to men. When it comes to violence, women can proudly relinquish recognition in the language because here, at least, politically correct would be statistically incorrect”

My professor also added: “I usually opt for gender-neutral terms, but it is true that you are either politically correct or statistically incorrect here. There's not really a middle ground.”

I disagree with her. By not using gender-neutral terms, you are thereby effectively pushing all blame on one gender when that is not the case. Of course, men are responsible for most workplace violence, but that doesn't disregard the fact that women are capable of it, also.

This is fucking depressing. I knew it was low but not THIS low. And this is talking about just considering them good looking not necessarily BEING attracted. Additionally even most straight women will say women are better looking, even if not attracted to them. Meanwhile in askmen I was surprised that many thought the majority of women were. As a straight male I'd say I find maybe a quarter to a third attractive. But anyway, I feel society/culture has promoted this idea, and its reinforced through women wearing makeup, certain fashion etc. Many might blame the patriarchy for it, but I'm sure many women aren't complaining. But...I find the imbalance highly problematic.

You know the Human Sex Ration at birth https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_sex_ratio#Natural_ratio_at_birth - showing there's about 5% more male fetuses that the body brings to a life born baby.

So all the way up to age 65, there's 5% more women in your age "stratum = 5 years eg men of 15 to 20, 20-25, 25-30, ... .
Because women live longer, men die earlier - you have to wait till the age of 65 to reach an equilibrium males-females and after that there's indeed gradually more women. Hey, there's still some attractive women of +65, right?
So ... everybody who's +65 ... do you feel that? Things are getting nicer, back to normal?
