抗原検査の棒を多くの人が鼻の上の方をこするだけか、鼻の中をぐりぐりまわすがこれは間違い。
鼻腔は低くて奥の方にあるので、低く奥の方にゆっくりと優しく、すること。低い位置でゆっくりと3㎝位奥まで差し込む。低くゆーっくりとがキーワード。痛みも減らせる

抗原検査の鼻ぬぐいがちゃんとできないために本当は陽性なのに陰性とでてしまう人が多い。
鼻ぬぐいのやり方が間違っている。鼻の上や中こするだけではダメ。
動画の最後にある様に低く奥の方にゆっくり差し込んで3㎝位奥にいったら15秒ほど置く。それからゆっくり抜く
