Rod Pacheco, the former Riverside County district attorney whom San Bernardino Mayor John Valdivia hired two years ago to defend him against lawsuits accusing him of sexual harassment, has filed motions to withdraw as Valdivia’s attorney, court documents show.
Valdivia presently faces four lawsuits filed by former city employees who claim the mayor belittled and berated them privately and publicly . . .
