For plated items, we advise rinsing under plain water occasionally to remove the oils from your skin and dry with a soft tee shirt type material. DO NOT use any type of jewelry cleaner as this will impact the plating.
For sterling silver items, a rouge cloth is the best way to clean sterling. If using silver cleaning cream thoroughly rub the cream into a cloth first then polish the pendant.
Our pieces should not be worn in salt water as this can be corrosive to the plating.

Our prices are based on the time and workmanship put into cutting the pendant. We provide the chain complimentary.

These fees etc. are determine by the country to which we are shipping and have no control with regard. We are not responsible for such fees, etc. If the item is returned to us because it was not picked up at customs, the cost of the "actual postage" will be deducted.

Priority shipping is available. The USPS indicates this shipping is typically 1 - 3 days. Although the USPS indicates its 1-3 days they do not guarantee delivery within that time frame.

For plated item the ear wires used for earrings are 14K gold filled. For sterling the ear wires are sterling silver.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please send it back in protective packaging. Be sure to include the packing slip so the order can be identified and refund processed correctly.
