He has successfully assisted in number of internal value chain integration projects with in-depth working knowledge in the automotive sector including forging, casting, machining, and assembly processes in India, UK, Germany, Spain, America, and Japan. He started with developing Management Information System for tracking the production process in India, followed by leading enterprise-wide IT automation project in UK and SAP in India.
He leads and actively participated in acquisitions and integration of automotive companies in Europe and business development projects between America, Europe and India. He implemented a 'Cost Control Cell (CCC)' project and successfully achieved double-digit cost reduction.
He is actively involved in negotiations with financial institutions and advisory firm for investments and crosses border transaction purposes. He is a well-networked professional in financial and automotive engineering circles.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate, with in-depth management experience, broad leadership skills, and wide business perspective. He worked in India, Dubai, Germany, UK and currently, based out of Japan leading multiple projects across countries in European Union and Asia. He started with his own practice in audit and taxation followed which he explored and managed experience in technology & e-learning, real estate, and automotive industries.
He is actively involved in negotiation with statutory authorities for securing sanctions and exemptions, and financial institutions, advisory firm for investments and cross border transaction purposes. He is a well-networked professional in financial circles and industry associations.
