無断栽培している韓国農家･テグン農産は、他にも山梨県限定品種のジュエルマスカットを無断栽培している。
日本の努力を盗む国にはペナルティを課すべき。

ルビーロマンを無断栽培して売っていることが明らかになったテグン農産は、先々月の報道でも「3~4年の試験栽培を経て、昨年(2021年)初めてルビーロマンを韓国内にローンチした」と紹介された。このことから、昨年FNNの取材に「日本は先進国なんだから大目に見てくれ」と驚きの主張をした本人と見られる

海外での品種登録をしていなかったため(これは日本のミス)、石川県は無断栽培について泣き寝入りのようだけど、ギリギリできることが「日本へ輸出させない」では盗んだ者勝ち。現にシャインマスカットは日本に輸出できなくても、他国への輸出で利益を出している。
