As our COVID-19 situation is still very fluid in Singapore, all interested parties are highly recommended to register their interest by making appointment to view our Lentor Modern showflat one day in advance. You are either fill up our online form or dial our sales hotline at +65 6100 1116. Periodically, our Lentor Modern showroom might be closed for private event too. Hence all potential interested parties are highly recommended to book an appointment online before heading down to our showflat.
Once appointment is made, rest assured that our professionally trained salesperson will reach out to you within an hour during office hours. They will contact you the following days if it is after office hours. Note that as this is a developer’s sales, there will not be any form of COMMISSION PAYABLE BY BUYERS at all. All interested parties will get to enjoy DIRECT DEVELOPER SALES PRICE too.
Periodically, our balance units of Lentor Modern condo will be updated, but all sale of unit will be based on first-come-first-served basis, and is subject to availability.
