原則として、接種歴別の数を見るだけではワクチンの効果は正確にわかりません。接種、非接種の人数当たりに直しても同様です。

英国での妊婦へのワクチン推奨についての文書に関するAP通信の記事がありました。
この文書を作成した官庁自身が件の文書の記載は2020年12月の、最初の承認申請の時に評価した時点でのものであると確認したそうです。

ですが、ワクチンの効果や安全性についてアップデートしていれば、重大懸念があるという公的な報告もなく1年間以上も妊娠女性に推奨されていたワクチンを、先進国政府が突然に非推奨にするわけがないとわかるはずです。意図的にデマを流したか、デマにつられたかのどちらかです。以上です。

妊娠後期にワクチン接種を受けた20名の追跡。出産時に母体の血液、胎盤組織、臍帯血にmRNAワクチン産物が検出された形跡はなかった。スパイク蛋白に対するIgMが臍帯血、児で検出されず胎盤通過の証拠なし。

英国が妊婦へのワクチン推奨を変えたというのは誤情報。普段は政府の推奨やレポートを無視するのに、自説に都合がよい情報(に読み間違える)は金科玉条のように触れ回るのはなぜだろう。

コロナで抗原原罪がどう作用するかのコンセンサスはないが、"私たちの免疫システムが、変化するウイルスから部分的に身を守る能力を支えている現象に対して、「罪」という言葉が適切かどうか、多くの免疫学者が議論している"とのこと。

記事の抗原原罪の説明は勉強になる。名前に反しその現象はしばしば有益または中立。最初のウイルスへのワクチンが変異体にも重症化を防ぐ効果があることを説明すると

感染者から得られた多くの単クローン抗体のうちの極めて限られた数の抗体だけが、この増強効果を持っており、中和抗体が十分にある時には、たとえ立体構造の変化を齎したとしても中和抗体がすかさず結合して、ACE2への結合を阻害してしまうので増強効果が見られない点を心に止めていただきたい（5/N)
