Mt.Fuji Climbing Training Report

The first mountain climbing in my life was the highest mountain in Japan (Mt. Fuji). It took about eight hours to climb, and as I went up, the oxygen became thinner, and my headache and shortness of breath became severe.
While battling altitude sickness, I also struggled with the cold beyond my imagination, and I reached the top of the mountain with great difficulty.
However, when I saw the sunrise from the top of the mountain, it was so beautiful that it left a lasting impression on me. The sense of accomplishment of having worked so hard up the mountain and the sense of accomplishment of climbing with everyone and watching the sunrise are memories that I will never forget.
I will make use of the sense of accomplishment and fulfillment that I learned in this Mt.Fuji climbing training in my future work. I want to go

This Mt. Fuji climbing training was a very good experience. I felt that way for several reasons.
The first is the importance of preparation. I wasn't fully prepared for the climb. I had all the measures against the cold, but I hardly brought water and food. In addition to that, I consumed a small amount of food without thinking about the pace, so from around the 7th station, I ended up climbing while enduring the cold, fatigue, and hunger.
I felt that valuing this preparation is something that can be said at work. I thought that the key to doing a good job is how well you prepare.
I was very impressed when I climbed to the top of the mountain and saw the sunrise. I endured the cold, fatigue, and hunger, and the climb was worth it. I think the same can be said for work.
Even if you get busy with regular inspections and get tired both physically and mentally, there will be a rush when the construction is completed without accidents or disasters.
I would like to use this experience to make good preparations for the regular inspections that are about to begin, and do my best to ensure no accidents or disasters.

Also, it was good to be able to climb with that member, and I was happy that everyone was able to climb.
