Known Issues

Players began the Dragon Invasion event with points contributed

  • This issue is being investigated.

  • When the Dragon Invasion event began, some players report themselves or guildmates beginning the event with points already contributed to the event while having not yet participated.

Some Market filters do not display the proper amount of results

  • This issue is being investigated.

Dragon Invasion progress has reset after the event has ended and earned rewards cannot be claimed

  • This issue is being investigated.

  • Shortly after the event ended, progress was reset and rewards earned could not be claimed. Please send a support ticket detailing the situation and our support staff will help with compensating you for missed rewards — please note, this resolution may take an extended period of time to complete due to increased ticket volume.

Dragon Invasion "Last Chance" gem unlocking appears for rewards you have already claimed

  • This issue is being investigated.

  • Do not use gems to unlock rewards you have already claimed as you will not receive any of these rewards. If you spent gems on the feature and received no rewards please send a support ticket detailing the situation and our support staff will help out — please note, this resolution may take an extended period of time to complete due to increased ticket volume.

Locked items that have not been discovered cannot be donated in Dragon Invasion event

  • This issue will be fixed in a subsequent update.

Contribution values in Dragon Invasion event are not consistent with supplied items and Heroes

  • This issue will be fixed in a subsequent update.

Players report Heroes being available for questing while already assigned to a Quest

  • This issue is being investigated.

The event leaderboards and contributors list appear empty

  • This issue will be fixed in a subsequent update.

[Epic Games Store] Unable to load and start game

  • We are investigating this issue.

  • When starting the game players may become stuck on the "Loading" step. This occurs because you have not authenticated with Epic Online Services and allowed Shop Titans, which opens as a prompt in a new browser window/tab. Some players report changing their default browser in their Windows settings can resolve this issue. Some players report updating Windows and their drivers can resolve this issue.
