一般社団法人Colaboの21年度会計報告によれば、個人と企業からの寄付金が6934万円。民間助成団体などからの助成金が4660万円。東京都の「若年助成等支援事業」などの受諾金や交付金合わせて4438万円など。

Sounds suspicious to me. Seems like groups or companjes wanting to make more work for themselves to earn more money. Wouldn't be surprised if this becomes a situation where people get abused even more.
