Prior to having Long Covid, CFS, & POTS, I exercised 5 days a week. Now, walking for a few minutes can make the extreme fatigue, tachycardia, & other symptoms worse (#PEM). Please know, wearing a high quality mask is a small inconvenience compared to becoming chronically ill.

The vaccines work, but mass infection means that covid will still find and kill many vulnerable people. And leaders of liberal cities like Seattle are apparently just accepting it and moving on rather than taking even basic measures to reduce spread like indoor mask requirements.
