for police to charge someone with assault when there is no physical injury the act has to have placed a person in apprehension of fear , and I believe this would met that standard although the driver handled himself like an absolute legend and seemed calm surely he was scared ?

One of these cooker types once told me that if the window is wound down an inch they are harder to break. Life tip from the walls with ears.

It’s the opposite. If it’s wound down slightly it’s easier to break. The glass only shatters if bends enough, and the window frame stops a lot of that. Don’t take advice from cookers.

#cooker is apparently Eddie von moger. When his brother Calum was arrested for doing the same but with a machete, he had 3 types of drugs on him.

I can see the resemblance to his brother.. I used to work with their dad who had a catastrophic accident must be 15 yrs or so ago leaving him severely disabled.. & mum is so sweet.. played netball with the sister (who is engaged to Tom Boyd ex footy player)… so shit to see this
