車検と自賠責保険が切れていて、尚且つ幼子の命を奪ったのだから極刑以外はあり得ないだろう。
どれだけ減刑しても生きている内に塀の外へは出られないだろうが、出来れば祖国に強制送還してもらいたい。

事故は場合によっては仕方ないかもしれないが、ひき逃げは許されない。適切に救助すれば助かったかもしれない命を・・・。

自宅から何kmまでとか昼間だけとか
