If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. Prize will be fulfilled approximately 10 weeks after the conclusion of this Sweepstakes.

If Winner does not wish to take delivery of the Prize, the Winner may elect to take a cash alternative of $0.00 (USD) (the “Cash Alternative”). If the Cash Alternative is awarded, no additional prizes or compensation of any kind will be provided.

All prizes offered are subject to U.S. taxes, both for U.S. residents and non-U.S. residents. Prizes may also be subject to taxes in the winner's country of residence. The Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership and/or use. Where the prize awarded to a U.S. resident is equal to or exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reporting the retail value of the prize awarded. Where a physical prize is awarded to a non-U.S. resident, Sponsor will gross up the value of the prize and remit this additional amount to the IRS (U. S. Tax authority) to satisfy the 30% withholding requirement. Where the winner receives a PayPal payment as a substitute prize, Sponsor will award 70% of the value of the prize advertised to the winner and remit the remaining amount on behalf of the winner to the IRS to satisfy the IRS withholding requirement. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1042 to each non-U.S. winner reporting the total value of the prize, including the amount remitted to the IRS.

The purpose of Sponsor hosting the Giveaway is to encourage and promote donations to the benefiting Charity.

Giveaways are void in all countries on the United States list of embargoed countries, in countries or jurisdictions that require additional permits and licenses to offer a giveaway, and/or countries whose local laws prohibit entry into Giveaways including but not limited to the following countries/jurisdictions: Australia, Brazil, Cuba, China, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kenya, Myanmar, North Korea, Vietnam, Quebec, Portugal, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Sudan, Sweden, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates.

Entry is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. In certain jurisdictions, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Immediate families, agents, or employees of the Sponsor or Prize Provider, are not eligible to win. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Campaign Giveaway Rules and the Official Rules . Winning the prize offered for each Giveaway is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

No purchase, or donation is necessary to enter or win. Contributing will not improve chances of winning. You can enter by making an optional donation to the benefiting charity through our donation page OR you can enter for free by clicking on the “Enter Without Contributing” button that is available when a giveaway is live and completing the registration page. Limit: Each participant may earn a maximum of two thousand (2,000) entries during the Promotion Period by any combination of entry methods.

The odds of winning the Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

The Winner shall be selected based on a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified within 10 days of the drawing by email and will be provided with directions on how to formally accept the prize. If Winner does not respond as required within the time frame provided, winner forfeits the prize. If a Prize goes unclaimed or is forfeited by the Winner, the Sponsor may declare an alternate winner, based on another random drawing. The Sponsor is responsible for shipping the Prize to the Winner, when applicable. The Winner will not be responsible to pay for any Prize shipping.

Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Sponsor. In order to accept the Prize, Winner must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Sponsor and/or Prize Provider.

NOTE: If the person selected from the random drawing process above is a resident of Canada or Belgium, then they must complete a mathematical problem posed by Sponsor prior to being deemed as a Winner. Should the selected individual fail, an alternate winner will be chosen as specified above.

No photographs of the Winner shall be shared in connection with the Giveaway by Sponsor or another related party that is involved or otherwise participating in the Giveaway. Should Sponsor wish to use photographs associated with the Winner, then Sponsor shall seek the written permission of the Winner in a Giveaway and shall inform the Winner how the photograph will be used and where it will be shared.
