Chrome doesn't support it and even if it did, our icons are pixel-aligned so they look better than svg.

What to do users for using logo but want SVG format? Create themselves?

Use for what, exactly? Sorry, but this isn't something I can even pretend to care about.

I would like someday to make youtube tutorials so in my case I wanted to have a better quality logo to use in my thumbnails and videos.

I guess it's nice to have a good quality logo to use for style thumbnails, articles, and videos.
Many popular websites have their "brand resources" :D

The stylus logo is pretty simple so I made it from scratch in illustrator. It can be a bit different but pretty close to the original:
