Absolutely love my HP Envy 17T. Unfortunately it stopped connecting to the internet. I tried many things and then spent over 2 hours to no avail with a tech savvy friend

One of the reasons I bought my computer from Tech warehouse Inc. is because of all the wonderful reviews about their tech-support.

I think it’s a reasonable concern that after a seller makes the sale and their money, how much are they willing to do for you. So I was sure hoping that the reviews they were posted were real

I called Tech Warehouse and talked to Kevin. He assured me right upfront that I need not be concerned that I’m covered under warranty and he will have one of his technicians call me a soon as he walks in about 30 minutes.

Sure enough a Technician named Daniel called me within that timeframe. He was very friendly patient and knowledgeable. Daniel walked me through the process to fix my problem in less than 10 minutes. Then he insisted that I browse the Internet for about five minutes while he waited to make sure there were no further problems. Then he gave me his direct line and told me if I have any further problems or questions feel welcome to call him. I also asked him if he could summarize the process that we just did in case it comes up again and he happily took me step-by-step again

I am so grateful to Daniel and Kevin and so happy I purchased my computer from Tech Warehouse

I am a business writer, working from home. I needed a laptop that would boot up fast, support 35 open tabs for research and 3 or 4 programs, and switch between tabs quickly. I was prepared to spend $2400 for a Dell XPS because many tech articles named it as the top pick (that wasn't an Apple). After I dug into the performance specs, I decided to compare models using what I knew was important to me. I narrowed it down to 3 laptops with 16gb Ram, quad core, and intel i7. One of the others was cheaper, but I chose HP for a few misc. features that appealed to me and because I've had reliable HP laptops in the past. It's got about a 6 hour battery life in practice, and everything I want to do is instant, no buffering or waiting - no matter how many windows I have going at once. Note: I don't work much with graphics and I'm not a gamer, so I can't report on how well it works for those purposes. Bottom line: I'm online all day every day, and I love this laptop...and it was a thousand bucks less than I expected to spend.

When I needed their help, I wasn't disappointed. Miguel guided me step by step to get my laptop back to purchase condition. I would have never been able to complete without his help. He also followed up to make sure my laptop was running properly afterwards. I would highly recommend the laptop for the quality and for the tech service that is provided. I will also say, he was very patient with my frustration and assured me he would help me until my laptop was functioning properly again.
