これは制作グループ内に協会支持者がいて、おそらく協会の誰かに送ったサインでしょう。
ある仕草だったり小道具だったりとさまざまですが、こういうサインを送る「遊び」は業界うちではよくやられてます。
協会内ではこれをPRに利用したはず。NHKはその利益誘導をしてたことになるね。
