African "justice" system

Sometimes in Africa those who are found "guilty" without trial are burned alive; I saw it on the Nature channel. The black person will have gasoline poured on him then will be set on fire. Additionally, sometimes the person will have a car tire bound to him then he and the tire will be set on fire. This is a barbaric or subhuman practice. It is cruel and unusual punishment.
