Binary file of unknown origin, found on an ancient CD-RW that was not used since over a decade. The original file name is ICR0056.HP , and the manually added .bin extension denotes that it is a binary file. If anyone knows how to parse this file, please comment.

This instrumental was uploaded in October 2015 to the rap discussion and music sharing site "Rappers.in" and available until at least 2017, but now memory-holed from the Internet due to apparent changes in the content management system of that site, and no copy being available elsewhere. Used in early 2016 by the German-langage YouTube news channel "HerrNewstime" ("Mr. Newstime" in English). This track deserves better than to be memory-holed.

The WMA files date 2014-01-08 and the OGG file dates 2017-08-10. The file names are unfortunately truncated to an 8.3 name since they were written on an ISO9660 CD with no Joliet or UDF extension activated, and I can not remember where I got them from. Online sound search engines like Midomi and AHA music could not identify these songs, though the truncated file name samsun~1.ogg suggests it has something to do with Samsung. Since the files were recovered from a damaged CD-ROM, few of the audio files may have short interruptions. I have not noticed any interruptions so far, but if you notice any, that is the reason. The music is likelier from well before 2002, but the files are dated 2002-09-03, and K1132.PIC (renamed for compatibility) is 2002-06-24.
