Nao Yoshida, President and CEO As a Japanese subsidiary of an American-affiliated company, we have steadily grown as a leader amongst Japanese clients mainly dealing with SAP ERP solution. In the last five years, we have expanded rapidly by venturing into the European Automotive business and outsourcing business through the acquisition of Dell Services. Thus, we can say that our company is showing "top-up" business growth. We appreciate the continuous and consistent client show of support to the services provided by global team. As mentioned before, our company has no border boundaries. We have been able to provide services to our clients as a result of excellent teamwork between our team and development centers with dynamic workplace facilities. We look forward to hearing from you. Joined NTT DATA Global Services (NGS) in 2020 after my assignment in NTT DATA Corporation for last 3 years in Tokyo. Before that, I worked in NTT DATA Malaysia, thus I worked for NTT DATA Group for a total of 16 Years + a little more. NGS is completely a global team and it provides a platform for individuals like us to connect and be part of the global members as we take part on global assignments and work with diverse, multi-dimensional teams opportunities worldwide. We are continuously expanding our team, just in 2021, 70 members newly joined our team of professionals. Members in their 20’s are rapidly increased, from 5% in Feb 2019 to 25% in Feb 2022. On the other hand, we too are strengthening to acquire more senior talents as we expect stronger mentoring for young members to grow with experience. At this point of time, our foreign member ratio (34.4%) is rather higher than domestic company while female ratio is smaller (20.6%), which we expect to change in following year. 2019年に外資系４社のオリジンを持つ会社を再編した若い会社です。社員数が急速に増えており2021年度は70名が新たなメンバーに加わりました。２０代の社員が急速に増えてます（19年3月５％、22年2月２５％）。半面シニアタレントの獲得も始め若手育成プログラムのTutorとして活躍するステージも加わり、Team Buildingの強化を進めてます。現時点では、外国人比率（34.4％）が高いのに対して、女性比率（20.6％）が低いです。女性比率もも２０代社員ではホボ半数なので近いうちに逆転するかもしれません。

研修制度	制度あり Training Program < Program Concept and Goal > Our program concept allows you to experience multiple assignments through job rotations during your 1st year of CDP. The intended goal is to enable you to reach to your targeted CDP with expected career models as Project Manager or IT Professional, which enables you to lead global team from our delivery centers and partners for global clients and global projects. < Entrance Program > This is a training program for freshmen. A special entrance program to support to build your foundation and skill development prior to your first assignment.
