Registration Guidelines

REGISTRATION OPEN: May 12, 2022

All registrations for the ISH 2022 Kyoto must be submitted through the online registration system.
Please select your type of participation.

Registrations by telephone or email cannot be accepted. If you have any problems during the online registration process, please contact the Secretariat at ish2022_reg@c-linkage.co.jp.

・Please note that all cut-off dates are based on Japan Time (GMT+9).
・All fees are quoted in JPY per person.
・Fee changes might occur depending on the situation.

Accompanying Person 10,000

*The Accompanying Person fee applies to family members of participants only.

Accompanying Persons have access to the opening ceremony and exhibition area, not allowed to access any scientific sessions.

Payment Methods

Credit card only. (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, and JCB)

Change of Participation Types by August 31, 2022

If you change your participation type from onsite to online, the fee difference will be refunded in full.
If you change your participation from online to onsite, the fee difference will be settled at no extra cost.
All approved refunds and charges will be processed after September 1, 2022.
No refund will be available if the change happens from September 1, 2022.

Registration Cancellations

No refunds are available for cancellations of participation.

Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold the Event

In the unlikely case that the ISH 2022 Kyoto cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Meeting Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.

  3. Please confirm your email address by clicking on the URL in the email message.
    This will complete your My Page registration.
  4. Please register for the meeting from your My Page.
