1. THE SPONSOR

The Sponsor and organizer of this Promotion is Intel Corporation, 2200 Mission College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA    95052-8119 (the “Sponsor” includes their Authorized Representatives).  

The Sponsor offers Participants the opportunity to win awards as outlined in [section 6] below (the “THE AWARDS”). Please read these Terms and Conditions and retain a copy for your information.

In participating [per section 4], providing name, address, country of residence and selecting the check box “I have read and accept these Terms and Conditions”, Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The Promotion is open to Participants at least 18 or older or of legal age in their country if over 18, who do not require consent or permission by their legal guardian or representative at any time during the Promotion Period, and legally reside in: UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), United States of America the 50 United States, the District of Columbia), Canada (excluding residents of Quebec), Australia, France, Germany, India, Taiwan, South Korea,  Sweden, Norway Denmark, Thailand, Spain, Turkey, Japan,  Brazil and Poland. 
• A maximum of 100,000 registrants can attend. Once the limit is reached, registration will close. Intel reserves the right to increase the limit of registrants based on technical capacities. Intel will notify participants via the promotion website and other means available. 
• Employees and immediate family of the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and fulfilment agencies are not eligible. Immediate family is defined as spouse, parent, sibling, child and/or those living in the same household.
• Internet access is required for entry. Participants are reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet access if not owned or paid for by the Participant. The Sponsor is not liable for any internet or mobile connection or other charges incurred in participation.
• Participants must have valid e-mail address and are responsible for updating any change in e-mail address. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in loss of right to the award.
  
  By registering and accepting the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion The winner grants permission to Sponsor and its agencies to use their given name and/or likeness, biographical material and/or entry (including an altered form of the entry) for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without geographic or time limitation, and without additional compensation, to the extent that law permits. • Sponsor complies with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and ethics rules. Participant agrees that acceptance of any potential award will not violate any law, regulation, policy or rule of their country, state or government agency; and any potential award is not in exchange for an agreement to influence a recent, pending or anticipated act or decision that may result in Sponsor obtaining or retaining business or a business advantage.

3. THE PROMOTION PERIOD

There are two events (12th Gen Mobile Promotion and Play Pass Promotion) occurring within this Play Pass Season Promotion. Times for each are listed below:

The 12th Gen Mobile Promotion begins at 11:59 p.m.. US Pacific Standard Time (PST) on April 17, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on May 30, 2022  (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official clock of the Promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER AND PARTICIPATE:

There are two ways to participate in this promotion. Eligible registrants can participate in one or both of the events contained within this promotion.

1. Intel Play Pass Contest:

To participate in the Intel Play Pass, registrants must download the Intel Game Access App from https://www.overwolf.com/app/intel-intel_gaming_access and follow the instructions within the app. If you already have downloaded the gaming app and fully established your account, you’ll only need to log into your account to participate.  At this time participants are unable to change their email address or user name.  

1. To submit registration form, Participants must complete all required fields 
2. Users are required to choose a unique Nickname, fill in their First and Last Names and submit the registration form. All fields are required.
3. The chosen Nickname shall be globally unique for all current and future contests
4. Follow all instructions contained in the Intel Gaming App.

   Multi-factor authentication is also required

2. 12th Gen Mobile Contest:

Participants can register via GLEAM on the Play Pass Microsite, or Go to: intel.gg/giveaway/playpass2022q2 and complete the daily and weekly actions to participate in the competition.

1. For the avoidance of doubt, only one entry will be accepted per participant. A participant can participate each day during the Prize Contest Period. Users are not allowed to play with the same In-App account with different MUID’s. The contest will allow up to two accounts with the same IP address. Sharing accounts is not permitted. Entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. 
2. Proof of posting or commenting will not be accepted as proof of participation. Entries that are incomplete, illegal, misdirected or received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 
3. Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate or postage due entries. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the award will be granted to the ‘authorized account holder’ of the media account, defined as the natural person to whom the media address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.).
4. No further charges shall be imposed on the Participant beyond using their standard internet connection.

12th Gen Mobile Contest: Weekly Actions.

There will be three weekly winners each week during the six (6) week contest period. A total of 18 grand prize award winners selected between April 17th and May 30th. Each action is worth a designated amount of points. The 18 award winners will be the top point achievers for the respective weeks (6 per week). For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of a tie, winners will be selected based on timestamp of completion of all daily activities. Participants can win each week.

Actions reset weekly on April 25th, May 2rd, May 9th, May 16th and May 23rd at 11:59 p.m. US PST. Please check your local time.

Intel Play Pass Contest:

This is an Intel Play Pass Gaming Tournament within the Intel Gaming Access App. The Intel Game Access App is accessible only by PC. Participants can participate in any or all of the games from this list: Supported Games (overwolf.com) each day. Participating will earn XP (Experience Points) by obtaining achievements and accomplishing missions throughout the program. Players can view achievements and progress in the app dashboard and the achievements page. Players will be notified in their achievement page when digital cosmetics have been achieved. 

Earning XP by participating in and completing daily and weekly missions and achievements earn XP points to achieve a new level. Each of the levels to reach within the Play Pass program include a bundle of downloadable content/digital prizes for players to redeem.

A participant can download the Intel Gaming Access App and participate in game play on any of the games from this list: Supported Games (overwolf.com) during the time period of the competition. Participants need to have the Intel app running with the Intel Gaming Access module active (to accrue points within the respective games) as well as being opted in to the competition Terms and Conditions.

A participant can enter the tournament once. Follow all instructions in the app for how to participate in daily activities and qualify for prizes.  

Participants can win only one award per level attained during the Prize Contest Period.

Players must complete quests to earn XP (Experience Points) and earn prizes, as outlined below, with each level they reach. Experience (XP) points are earned with daily and weekly quests and achievements as outlined below. (follow all instructions in the app for additional and final details).

Daily and Weekly Quests must be performed to earn XP and attain increased level status.

Play Pass Daily Quests:

Daily quests are available each day. Points earned are accumulated and carry-over to the next day. 

Daily Quests Reset each day 11:59 AM PST. Daily missions can be played each day.  Check the game app daily for new daily quests. Check your local time.

Play Pass Weekly Quests:

Weekly Quests reset weekly on April 25th, May 2rd, May 9th, May 16th and May 23rd at 11:59 p.m. US PST. Please check your local time.

Play Pass General Achievments:

PLAY PASS BONUS QUESTS:

Watch the app for bonus quests that will be announced throughout the contest period. Bonus missions allow all users opportunities to earn extra points toward XP.

Play Pass Prize Levels:

Players must earn the total XP points as indicated below to complete the level and move on to the next level. Level XP are earned by completing daily and weekly missions and General, Personal and Play Pass Achievements.  Awards for each level are outlined in section 6 below. Once a player attains the XP require per level the participants advances to the next level until all 50 levels are attained. Progressing through levels opens up award redemption.

5. WINNER SELECTION and NOTIFICATION

12th Gen Mobile Promotion:  There will be three weekly winners each week during the six (6) week contest period. A total of 18 grand prize award winners selected between April 17th and May 30th

Play Pass:

1. Each of the levels to reach within the Play Pass program include digital content/digital prizes for players to redeem. Players will be notified in their dashboard page when digital prizes have been achieved. 
2. Levels accomplished will grant the user icons for cosmetic showcase to be used on their individual app page throughout the contest.
3. There will be 100 top leaderboard winners. The top point achiever thru the 100th highest point achiever identified on May 29rd at 11:59 p.m. US PST at the end of the 12th gen mobile  event based on total points from the leader board will win. Ties will be decided by the time stamp of achieving points. In the event of a tie, the first person obtaining that level will granted the position.
4. Winners will be notified within the Gaming Access app.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. As part of the prize acceptance process, a potential prizewinner within 10 days of notification, winners may be required to provide their telephone number, shipping address, country, age and/or proof of eligibility. If the Sponsor does not receive required information within this timeframe, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the award entitlement.

If a potential prizewinner is a Canadian citizen, he/she will be required to correctly answer without assistance of any kind, a timed mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone or email. Notification and prize distribution will be to the individual nickname registered for the event.

Residents of the United States who are selected as a winner may be responsible to provide a W-9 for tax reporting purposes. Tax reporting will be required if accumulated value of awards received during any calendar year exceeds $599.00 USD. Information will be retained securely according to privacy rules at the Sponsor and used solely for the purposes of tax reporting as required by law.

At the conclusion of each week during the contest period, 3 winners each week will be selected based on number of points from actions completed, these 3 weekly winners will win one of the below items based on the week they win, and subject to availability of the hardware:

PLAY PASS CONTEST LEVEL AWARDS:

Once a player reaches a new level they must click ‘CLAIM’, copy the presented code and click ‘REDEEM’.. Each key is different. Please follow the instructions on the rewards screen to redeem your code. In-game notifications must be on.

PLAY PASS LEVEL IN GAME AWARDS:

To redeem game level rewards, follow these steps:

1.  Click redeem when notified within the gaming access app during the playpass period.
2. Reveal the offer, the download instructions and the unique master key to be used during the redemption process. 
3. Go to https://softwareoffer.intel.com/ to redeem your game award. 
4. Click on “Redeem an Offer” on the dashboard. 
5. Enter your Master Key and click "Submit".
6. When prompted, Check the empty box to confirm you fully understand, accept, and agree to be bound by the game level bundle Terms & Conditions.

LEADERBOARD PRIZING:

At the conclusion of the 12th Gen Mobile event period on May 29rd at 11:59 p.m. US PST, the top 100 leaderboard participants will win:

Winners will be notified via email to the address provided at time of registration by June 30th , 2022.

1. All awards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other award. 
2. The award value indicated is the maximum amount. If the market or commercial value of an award differs from this maximum amount, there will be no additional compensation for the difference to the winner. 
3. The award is subject to availability. The Sponsor reserves the right to replace an award with an alternative award of equal or higher value in the unlikely event that the original award offered is no longer available.
4. Award consists of only those items specifically listed. 
5. The Sponsor shall release only the name and country of winners. Participants may request their name and country not released in the event they win by contacting @intelgaming at https://game.info.intel.com/winner-request-page during Promotion Period, where permitted by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives, will not in any circumstances be liable to the winner or accept liability for loss, damage, injury or death in connection with this Promotion participation (including award acceptance or use).

Participant statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will in any way limit Sponsor liability for death or participant injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be excluded or limited by law.

8. GENERAL

1. The decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to the Promotion are final and legally binding and no additional correspondence will be entered into. 
2. Participation requirements provided shall incorporate into these existing Terms and Conditions as stated. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency (including advertising or promotion materials), these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
3. The Sponsor reserves the right to eliminate or disqualify entries or Participants that it regards as breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Any Participant who tries to circumvent will be disqualified and any award will be void. Participants impacted under this clause will be notified.
4. Sponsor will disqualify and not tolerate Participant posts via any media channel during the Promotion Period that represent bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants and followers of Intel or directly aimed at Sponsor or affiliates. 
5. If for any reason these Promotions are not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and select award winners as outlined above up to the cancellation/suspension date. Notification of such action will be provided on the Promotion Website.
6. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Promotion where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, COVID-19 Pandemic, weather conditions, mechanical issues, diversion of aircraft or other operational incidents, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
7. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical reasons, or otherwise. The Sponsor further accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or awards to the extent permitted by law.
8. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion with notification to the registered participants. 
9. Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date if the promotion is terminated early per the above. Sponsors further reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion if it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other entrants. Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law.
10. This Promotion may be shared across multiple media sites, social media sites and email communications, but there is only one award pool. 
11. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide their correct, current personal information when entering the Promotion and/or accepting any award. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for Participants or winner failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any award.
    It is the responsibility of the winner to notify their own Government's relevant tax department where required by Law. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its subsidiaries take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the awards received in this Promotion. 
12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application and interpretation of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States, and Participants shall submit to the jurisdiction of the US court.

9. DATA PROTECTION

Participant data supplied during Promotion Period (name, country, phone number, email address or social media handle for purposes of participation) and other information deemed specific to this Promotion for its execution and administration will be processed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Sponsor and may be passed on to third party suppliers for fulfilment and delivery of the awards only. Sponsor shall be the controller for the collection and use of personal information in conjunction with participation in the Promotion. For the performance of the Promotion, the following data of the winners only will be collected and processed: name, shipping address, email address, phone number (“Participant’s Personal Data”). Participant’s Personal Data will be maintained in the United States and will be used solely for purposes of Promotion administration.
