これ本当に「無能」もいいところで、生活の導線と一個一個のタスクが結びついてなくて、独立したタスクだと認識しちゃってるから負担感が無限に増えるんですよ。「起きたらベッドを整える」「出勤で家出るついでにゴミを持っていく」「帰ってきたらポストを見る」みたいになってない訳です
