As in years prior, representatives of the local chapter of the Russian paramilitary “motorcycle club” the Night Wolves are also marching through Banja Luka today. Russia clearly wants to make another Transnistria in BiH, aiding Dodik’s secessionist efforts.

Slovenia’s former Ambassador to BiHalso awarded honors today by secessionist authorities in RS entity. Under Janez Jansa, Slovenia has emerged as an important backer of Dodik’s regime, in the style of Orban’s illiberal and xenophobic govt in Budapest. Shared chauvinist values.
