I am a big fan of what the Disney employee did. I’m a youth football coaching legend, and I once fired an assistant coach just for thinking about getting engaged. Relationships only interfere with excellence on the field, so I forbid them.

I knew someone who wanted to propose to his underage internet girlfriend whom we had never met, at Disney.
He ended up getting arrested for possession of illegal porn, doing a 10 or so year bid and then a couple years later got arrested for the same thing

Sometimes you gotta look the other way. Should have handled it in a more hospitable way. Let them do it, then issue them a trespassing fine signed by her favorite cast member/character; and then drop the charge later. Make it a good memory.
