The closest I got to anything like this when I was in the Army was an old Iranian woman throwing rocks at us and swearing at us in Persian. (We may have deserved it.)

Do they allow these woman pilots to go for missions outside USA?

From what I understand, American pilots of combat aircraft, male or female, go wherever they are needed. Women helicopter pilots, fighter pilots, transport pilots, have all served in combat zones, including Iraq and Afghanistan.
