This performance will be held after taking preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19.
Please be sure to read the following notes before purchasing a ticket.
This guideline will be changed depending on the situation. Please note.

The infection prevention measures guidelines listed below are based on the "COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures Guidelines at Music Concerts," which were established by the FMPJ (the Federation of Music Producers Japan), JAME (Japan Association of Music Enterprises), and ACPC (All Japan Concert & Live Entertainment Promoter's Conference) on July 10, 2020 and revised on December 23, 2021, and summarize the basic items to be implemented as COVID-19 infection prevention measures at the time of this concert, as well as measures and policies to be taken to supplement and complement them to meet the actual situation.

[When purchasing a ticket]
・ When you purchase tickets, you will be asked to register the names, addresses, and contact information of all visitors. If you are purchasing more than one ticket, you will be required to fill in the same information for all members in your party.
・ Please note that the purchaser information may be given to the local government or health center if it is discovered that there was an infected person in the venue at a later date.
・ Installation of the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA) is required for admission.
Please download it to your smartphone in advance and come to the venue in a usable state. If it is not installed, you will be refused admission.
* Some devices do not support the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA). Please confirm the installation before purchasing the ticket.
・ In addition to the above items, there is a possibility that the information on the day may change due to changes in the guidelines in the future. Changes to the guidelines announced by the Government Countermeasures Headquarters and local governments, issuance of priority measures such as emergency declarations and spread prevention, requests to refrain from going out, requests to refrain from moving across prefectures, or when the organizer deems it necessary Please note that regardless of the time and method of notification, the performance may be canceled or postponed, changed to a non-audience event, or the operational rules may be changed unavoidably.
・ Please note that refunds are not possible due to personal illness or other circumstances of the customer, except when the performance is cancelled.

[Items to be confirmed when visiting]
If any of the following items apply, you will not be able to visit us. Please check on the day of the performance.
・ Received a positive test for COVID-19, or is currently instructed by a doctor to stay at home.
・ There was close contact with those who received a positive test for the COVID-19 within 14 days before the performance date.
・Within 14 days before the performance date, the government has traveled to a country / region that requires immigration restrictions and an observation period after entry, or there has been close contact with residents of that country / region.
・ If someone in you family or close acquaintance is suspected of being infected.
・ On the day of the performance, the body temperature was measured at home before going out, and the temperature was 37.5 degrees or higher. (We will also measure the temperature with a non-contact thermometer at the time of admission)
・ Symptoms such as coughing, fatigue, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, and no taste or smell.

[Notes at the performance venue]
・ Please wear a mask on the day of the event.
The government's definition of loud in the event guidelines is "to speak louder than usual, repeatedly and continuously." Singing and calling are prohibited items, but temporary cheers that appear unexpectedly are not necessarily prohibited items. Please be sure to wear a mask at all times, as you may inadvertently cheer depending on the content of the live performance.
・ At the entrance, you will be asked to confirm the installation of the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA), take your body temperature, and disinfect your hands before entering.
・ Please cooperate in diligent hand washing and hand sanitization even after entering the venue.
・ Please refrain from cheering out loud in the venue and loud conversations in the venue / lobby.
・ You may temporarily remove the mask only when you consume beverages. Please wear a mask immediately after ingestion. Also, please refrain from eating in the hall.
・ All seats are reserved for this performance. Please refrain from viewing outside your own seat in the venue. Also, please be careful to prevent contact with other visitors and droplet infection.
・ If you feel unwell at the venue, please contact the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
・ The venue will be constantly ventilated using the facility's air conditioning equipment.
・ If you do not follow the rules for admission, you may be refused admission.

[Countermeasures against infection in the venue]
・ In this performance, we will set the number of seats to sell based on the government's view of restrictions on holding events under COVID-19 situation.
・ Regulations will be applied at the time of admission and after the performance. Please cooperate in alleviating congestion.
・ The venue is ventilated at all times.
・ If there is a high risk of infection, such as a close contact with a customer, the staff will speak to you.
・ We perform diligent cleaning and disinfection of surfaces that many people touch, such as doorknobs and handrails.
・ The restroom is frequently cleaned and disinfected.
