   I am just lost for words. The spirit of Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine lives on in this game. It was as if I stepped into a portal toI am just lost for words. The spirit of Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine lives on in this game. It was as if I stepped into a portal to my childhood. I highly recommend the "single joy-con in each hand" motion control scheme. The motions controls feel so intuitive and really enhance the gameplay. Cappy serves as a great sidekick, with his boomerang and capture abilities providing a refreshing take on the classic 3D Mario Mechanics. Visually, it is a gorgeous game. It maintains 60 fps consistently in both mobile and docked. There seems to be a variety of different environments in this game, unlike Super Mario Galaxy and Sunshine. While those games followed a common theme, Odyssey takes influence from Super Mario 64 and Super Mario World in that there is a (Spoilers) desert world, ghost world. tropical world, metro world, etc. The music is phenomenal. I recommend that everyone use a headset to truly appreciate it. I had chills running down my spine once I heard the theme from the Switch Presentation Trailer for Odyssey. No other franchise has made as big of an impact on the gaming industry as Mario. He is the Micky Mouse of gaming. This game can be enjoyed by anyone. Enthusiast gamers. Father/Mother playing with his or her kids. Teenagers. Anyone. I had lost faith in Nintendo during the Wii U generation. They have absolutely blown me away with putting out masterpieces such as Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey. These 2 games make the Switchh worth it. I must also add that this year has been incredible for gaming. Besides Mario and Zelda, we had Persona 5, Cuphead, Horizon Zero Dawn, Nier, Nioh, Divinity. Instead of debating Game of the Years. We should declare 2017 as the Year of the Games. I hope everyone enjoys these games as much as I have.… Expand

   Simply a one of a kind game that is right in there with BoTW for best game of the year. Mario Odyssey has huge worlds for Mario to explore,Simply a one of a kind game that is right in there with BoTW for best game of the year. Mario Odyssey has huge worlds for Mario to explore, you can go back and forth which gives you more freedom. The hat possession is brilliant and I love how Mario's ability changes based who he possesses. The graphics are sharp and crisp and the textures just sparkle. This should be a front runner for game of the year, but BoTW still looms. Why not give it to both?… Expand

   I totally enjoyed this game so much, there are tons of throwback easter eggs, the soundtrack is amazing, Luigi's Balloon World is a uniqueI totally enjoyed this game so much, there are tons of throwback easter eggs, the soundtrack is amazing, Luigi's Balloon World is a unique free DLC, there aren't power ups, but we have Cappy, I enjoyed the Motion Controls, & the Graphics are a true MASTERPIECE, this game is so worth $60 for Switch players.… Expand

   I'm gonna be honest, the idea of using your hat as your main weapon/tool seemed pretty bland to me, and the worlds looked super stale andI'm gonna be honest, the idea of using your hat as your main weapon/tool seemed pretty bland to me, and the worlds looked super stale and monotone. But then I decided to buy the game. Cappy as your main weapon/tool incorporates incredible versatility and fun, and the worlds have dozens of Moons to collect, leading to nearly endless exploration. Not to mention the incredible visuals and ease of controls make this my favorite 3D Mario game overall, and maybe even my favorite video game ever.… Expand

   Novedades en el gameplay muy originales como Capy que es incluso como personaje muyOtro juego mas de la saga Super Mario increible.
   
   Novedades en el gameplay muy originales como Capy que es incluso como personaje muy entrañable y que se le coge cariño desde el primer momento.
   
   Las energi-lunas que es el equivalente a las estrellas de Super Mario 64 o los soles de Super Mario Sunshine, que los tendremos repartidos por todos los reinos que visitemos, algunos con localizaciones muy sencillas de poder conseguirlas, y otras que estarán ocultas y nos podrá llegar a costar conseguir.
   
   Muchos Reinos diferentes a los que podremos ir y que cada uno es totalmente diferente al anterior.
   
   Y un montón de objetos y/o trajes desbloqueables para conseguir y que harán que si queremos llegar a completar el 100% el juegos nos llegue a costar alrededor de unas 100 horas de juego.
   
   En conclusión un juegazo del año 2017, y un juego que es de obligación jugarlo en algún momento de la vida de todo jugon.… Expand

   Great fun, yet infuriating in parts. So basically, it’s a modern-day super Mario 64 or Sunshine.
   
   Collecting several hundred moons is a niceGreat fun, yet infuriating in parts. So basically, it’s a modern-day super Mario 64 or Sunshine.
   
   Collecting several hundred moons is a nice idea, although like Breath of the Wild, some are quite lazily placed in the world with no challenge.
   
   Bonus points for allowing the player to go out of bounds, and even placed huge stacks of cash, the amount of freedom this game grants, is more than we have seen in a Mario game for some time.
   
   In short, if you loved Super Mario 64 or Sunshine, this is the game for you.… Expand
