①近年、高齢化で毎年2万人の死者増の傾向だったので、今年3月の直近1 年間の値は142万人が最尤値。
②それが実際は148万人なので、その差6万人(月平均5千人)が異常な増加分。
③この要因は、コロナ感染(and/or)ワクチン接種による、直接(and/or)間接効果ありや？

Wow! Why have about 220,000 more people died so far in 2022 compared to 2019? Corona was only a very small contributor. If it continues like this till December, there could be 1,000,000 excess deaths. Many possible causes but ..... One stands out the most as the main cause.
