Dallas-based Hillwood Communities has acquired 540 acres in League City for the development of its third master-planned community in the Houston area.
The community is planned for 1,250 single-family lots, according to Hillwood, and will offer homes from $400,000 to $700,000. The community has not yet been named and builders have not been selected.
