断食やファスティングというと、何か良さそうに聞こえるけどだまされてはいけません。
やることは「欠食」ですし、酵素ドリンクの営業です。
16時間断食、月曜断食、ファスティングなどの欠食ダイエットはやめましょう。

胆石症の入院費用相場
3割負担で約25万円です。
月曜断食、16時間断食、ファスティングで空腹時間が長すぎると、胆石症のリスクになります。
