Frost's nonprofit, "Gorilla Learning Institute" (GLI) now has a page on their website devoted to the "Friends of the CSPOA", California chapter. Her husband, Jack Frost, is listed on the page as a founder of the California chapter. Sue Frost is CEO of GLI.

The California CSPOA chapter was recently established by Co-Directors Jason Nole, Brenna Toppenberg and Jack Frost.

The page also states that "“Friends of CSPOA” was recently approved to operate their educational program under Gorilla Learning Institute’s Re-Grant Program allowing fundraising and even registrations to be tax deductible under Gorilla Learning Institute’s 501(c) 3 non profit."

The CSPOA is an organization formed by Richard Mack, and the GLI page advertises an event that he will be speaking, hosted by GLI and FOCSPOA. Richard Mack sat on the board of the far-right militia group, Oathkeepers, until 2015. motherjones.com/politics/2021/

Richard Mack also wrote the forward to a book by infamous white supremacist Randy Weaver, subject of the shootout at Ruby Ridge that served as one of the major inspirations for the militia movement.

CSPOA's philosophy is largely based on the beliefs of the white supremacist preacher William Potter Gale and his Posse Comitatus movement. These beliefs were a complete legal fiction regarding the role that sheriffs play in the constitution.

Gale's beliefs in the supremacy of the sheriff over all other law enforcement drew on a long history of pseudolegal theory in the post-civil war pro-segregation movement, combined with his belief in the antisemitic and white supremacist doctrine of Christian Identity.

In a video dated 1/1/22, Foothill Friends of the CSPOA co-founder Jason Nole claims that Sacramento County Sheriff Chief Deputy and Sherriff candidate Jim Barnes sponsored the group's bid to host the event with Richard Mack.

the tl;dr on CSPOA is that they basically exist to indoctrnate law enforcement into a polished-up version of Sovereign Citizen ideology.
