to explain some reasoning: Ruben Sim 2 weeks back re-released a video that he made of ROBLOX gameplay called "Infiltrating Roblox's Worst 'Gangs'", so it considered itself violation of the participation. It would've happened without this as he's making a 2nd ROBLOX expose video.

this new lawsuit has nothing to do with mine. I've already settled with roblox and that case is closed
