I'm not surprised whatsoever. You'd think Roblox would learn, but they don't. It'll get to a point where Roblox can't be trusted anymore and die which is already starting.

Generally, they are suing because ROBLOX does not offer a mechanism for minors to seek refunds for in-game purchases (as ROBUX purchases are declared non-refundable in ROBLOX TOS).

Karma is really hitting Roblox. First, they tried to shut Ruben up by suing him, and failed. Now, karma is coming right back at them. I've been playing since 2012. It's satisfying to me to finally see Roblox get what they deserved after years of exploiting their player base.
