At Eyelights, protecting your personal data is a priority!
The purpose of this charter is to inform you about the terms in which we process your personal data.
Rest assured, we comply with the 1978 Computer and Freedoms Act and the European Regulation of 27 April 2016 (the "RGPD") in the collection and management of your data.

What is a personal data?

When using the "Eyelights" mobile app (the "Application") and the https://eye-lights.com/ website (here: the "Site"), we may ask you to provide us with personal data about you in order to use our services (the "Services").
The term "personal data" refers to all the data that allows you to identify as an individual.

What personal data does Eyelights collect?

As part of our activity, we are required to collect a number of information about you, including your name, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address, password, geolocation data, data from social networks.
This data can be collected when you download the App, when you use the Site or when you use our Services.

- The data is stored for the duration of your registration to the Application or Site, and for a period of:

- Three (3) years from your opt-out for the use of the data for prospecting purposes. At the end of this three (3) year period, we will be able to contact you again to find out if you would like to continue to receive commercial solicitations.

- Three (3) years minimum from the exercise of the right of objection regarding information to take into account your right.

- Five (5) years from your opt-out to establish proof of a right or contract.

- Thirteen (13) months for Article 6 cookies.

- Your data is kept and stored for the duration of processing on servers located in France.

- Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union as part of the use of the Services we offer you.

- These changes will come into effect as soon as the new charter is published. Your use of the Application following the entry into force of these amendments will be worth recognizing and accepting the new charter. Failing that, and if this new charter does not suit you, you will no longer have access to the App.
