現状、国内の暴露後狂犬病ワクチン接種には、一回2万円ほどを要します。数回これを接種することを考慮すると、噛まれた側のかなりの負担が想定されます。
避難民の飼い犬｢狂犬病予防法の特例措置｣とセットにて、噛まれた人側への特例措置が必要と思われます。
