調書を等作成のため高松北署に行く必要があるのだがコロナで県境を越える移動を制限されていたため2021年9月16日になった。

送検しても虚偽告訴罪の場合、不起訴になる確率が高い（最近の傾向として傷害や強姦でも不起訴になっている）ため、現在送検する前の裏付けを固め、より起訴に繋がるようタイミングを見ているため、時間を要している。

警察からの「なぜ動画、静止画で撮影したのか？」との質問に対し、「初対面で駅で待ち合わせて挨拶もそこそこのうちに抱きついてきて、私の泊まるホテルについてきて、ドアがしまった途端に服脱ぎだしたので、あとから因縁つけられたり脅迫される可能性を考えたので記録として全て残した」と証言した。
