Hi! Some Intel Core brand products have even numbers in their names to represent their specifications such as Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad, etc. Choosing odd number prefixes in our naming convention for our Intel core processors as i3, i5, and i7 acts as a distinguishing factor.
