発症後5日の培養可能細胞数は、 あまりデルタ株は減少してない図C。 RNA量も減ってない。 ➡デルタは、発症後5日はかなり危険。

重要 抗原検査キット オミクロンは検出されにくい！ 患者サンプルを使用したテスト。 オミクロンまたはデルタによるワクチンのブレイクスルー感染からの検体。 これは、発症後の症状、ウイルス量、および感染性ウイルスに匹敵します。 ➡とても高濃度なのに検出されにくい。

抗原検査キット 培養オミクロンで8つのキットテスト。 活性のあるウイルス（PFU上図）およびRNAウイルス量(下図)ごとに。 下にいくほどウイルスは濃い。 以前の変異株に対するデータ（すでに公開されている）と比較します。 ➡よっぽど濃くないとオミクロンは検出されにくい

We testet 8 Ag-RDTs with cultured Omicron and compared to earlier data (already published) to ancestral SARS-CoV-2 and other variants of concern, per infectious virus (PFUs) and RNA viral load. In both analysis, Omicrons was detected with least sensitivity

重要 使用抗原検査キットで有名なアボット、ロッシュもあまり役にたたないのかな。 検査での使用量は、培養細胞では5μL(1/200mL)。 優秀なflowflexは中国製。 Acon

メモ オミクロン検出力の高い flowflex　中国Acon。 今回の試験は鼻咽頭スワブ使用である。 (鼻咽頭、唾液両用もあるが) 研究用・試験用として国内販売されている。 EU加盟国の安全性能基準であるCE認証済。

No, Innova were the first approved LFTs and came in NHS branded packaging (left). Flowflex are the ones typically sent out now if you order online (right), at least in my experience.
