Sonic the Hedgehog was changed two weeks before my master up to a spec where if you had even one ring you would not die. I did things that made the game better until the last minute,and I believe that everyone around the world is still enjoying the game today.#SonicTheHedgehog

Game creators are supposed to improve their games until the very last minute, and to prevent them from doing so is still not right. I asked for a lawyer and tried to negotiate with them to at least submit comments until the end, but to no avail, so I filed a lawsuit in court.

I am sorry, Naka-san. You did what you could. Demo got me through the patch and help me remain positive. I will buy the game when I can and enjoy it to the end, despite its unfinished state.

So far, I mainly only see SEGA, especially the Sonic Department being active and appreciating their fanbase. Devs & fans communicating with each other and give feedback loop.

In spite of all this, I love #BalanWonderworld as a flawed masterpiece, and there’s a passionate community of fans who also love the game, many of whom hold it as their favourite game from last year (myself included). I hope you’re able to do something more with it some day. 💚

But you can finish the game! We just need a access code given to a trustworthy source and create a mod to finish the game. If you want the balan wonderworld you want hackers will do it.

Naka-san. I am deeply sorry for what happened to you, it is unfair. Yet the game is still a masterpiece even if some things were left out. I love the game and your creativity, it helped me in so many ways. You are a genius!

I'm so sorry for what they did to you and your work. So many people were excited for Balan, both the children of today and the children who knew Sonic back in the 90's. I was still able to enjoy it, but I wish we'd been able to play your true vision.

It is a real shame, Square Enix made you release the game without finishing it. I still love the fact that you’ve put so much effort into making this wonderful game, in fact I think I have feelings for Balan-Kyu.😔😊💘🥰

It's unfortunate that you put so much work into something only to have it pulled away like this and released unfinished. Hopefully in the future you will be able to work with a publisher that respects your work ethic and will allow you to release a finished project.

I’m sorry a lot of folks insulted you and thought it was your problem, but it was SE who just didn’t care about quality. I got Balan on sale and it’s a fun switch game. I enjoyed the time I spent with it, and liked your ideas. Hopefully you can find a new company to work with.
