There is a void in my heart that can never be filled again. Sometimes in life, you come across a person that is so unintentionally influential just by doing what they love that you have a hard time believing they are sincere & real. I met one of those people several years ago.

For those who have not heard, Cici Winn passed away this past weekend. She was a dear friend to me and many in the kig community both in the west and in the far east.

カナダのAnime Northでお世話になったキグルミアーティストのCiCiが亡くなったそうです。ケムリクサやけものフレンズのキグルミも沢山作ってくれたし、カナダに行くたびにとても優しいジョークと笑顔で彼に会うのが楽しみでした。天国から見守っていてください。R.I.P.

I did not know Cici, as I’ve always just been a silent admirer of the kig cosplay community. However, it was always apparent that they were extremely passionate about their craft, and a driving force for positivity. Rest In Peace, Cici

Sad news: It's with regrets that Cici Winn passed away a few days ago. She was a great kigurumi performer and will be missed. May she rest in peace and watch over all from beyond.

When we went to Anime North in 2017, Cici always chatted to me. Cici was very nice person. God blessing
