惜しかったですが十分誇れる数字ではないでしょうか。
土曜に伺った際、賢明に生地をこね焼いていくお姿を拝見し、鳥肌が立つような感覚になりました。これが、職人だと。
とりあえずゆっくりと休まれて下さい。スタッフの皆様の連携や、さばきも素晴らしかったです。
