昔は女性が働けなかったのと同時に「男子厨房に入るべからず」という言葉もあったが、あれば台所仕事を見下してるというより男子を家事においては無能に止めおくことで男女を相互に必要とする状態に置くための措置だったんだろうな

今時男性は本当はやればできるのに、その昔の価値観をいいように解釈し（家事は女がやるもので自分はさぼっていていい）嫌がられる。知人の夫、たまにキッチンに立ったかとおもったら自分の分だけ！作るような人（姑から嫁に家事をやってあげることはダメと強く言われている）で結局別れた。
